Subscription Information
Subscription Period
Subscription periods may vary based on whether purchasing individually or participating in a group purchase. Per search (block) purchases are not subject to a specific time period. Contact BCR for more information.
Renewals
Approximately three (3) months before your subscription is due to expire you will receive a renewal notice
from BCR with instructions on how to renew your subscription. Renewal announcements are also posted
in BCReview.
Cancellations
For a full refund on a new subscription, the subscription must be canceled within thirty (30) days of the subscription start date. Otherwise, subscriptions may not be canceled at any time other than during the renewal process.
Payment
Payment/Invoice
Do not send payment with your order. You will be invoiced in the first two weeks of the month following the start of your subscription.
Purchase Orders (POs)
BCR does not require Purchase Orders. If your organization requires you to issue a Purchase Order, please make the PO to BCR, not the vendor partner. If you mail or fax a Purchase Order to BCR, please include information on the PO that BCR can use to match it to your Web order (e.g. school and district name, common and legal name of the library or university) and mark the PO "Confirmation Copy."
Credit Cards
BCR accepts credit cards. In order to make a payment with a credit card, select "Credit Card" in the payment section and complete the required information.
Pricing and Quotes
Complete the Quote Request Form to receive a quote for this product.
Pricing and access to this product is available via three (3) options: per-search purchases, subscriptions and group purchases. Options vary by database, type of library, and state. For more ordering information, contact BCR.
Order/Renewal Form

Authentication
IP Access
Access to this resource is controlled by IP number filtering. This type of authentication allows a user from any computer within the identified IP range (in your library, school, on your campus, in your organization) to access the database simply by going to the appropriate URL.

To set up IP filtered access to OCLC FirstSearch, login to your account’s Admin Module and find the IP Address link in the Database Settings tab.
