Training Cancellations & Refunds
If BCR is forced to cancel a workshop, full refunds will be granted. In the case of participant cancellations, BCR requires notification one (1) week prior to the workshop for a full refund to be granted.

Software Returns & Refunds
Because BCR maintains no inventory, returning products can present problems. If a return is needed because of a defect, the return is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Contact the manufacturer for assistance first, and then inform BCR. We will be happy to help member libraries in the rare instance in which a manufacturer is not responsive.

To make a return because the product is not really what a library needed, the library must notify BCR within 14 days after receipt of the product to request permission to return the product. Other than the obvious necessity of opening the packaging, the product must be complete and undamaged and in as near new condition as possible. It must be returned in its original packaging without any additional labels or tape applied. (This may mean shipping the package within other packaging.) The library is responsible for shipping insurance. No credit can be given for shipping expenses.

If BCR is able to return the product to the supplier, a refund (less a 10 percent handling fee) will be made to the same name and address as was originally billed. Since BCR maintains no product inventory, it is unlikely that we could sell the product to another institution once the packaging has been opened.
